Doctor CRAIG'S HOT SAUCE can
be added to all your favorite foods. Fish, poltry, beef, pizza and fries.
Here are a couple of recipes
you can try.
Dr Craig's Curry Peach Hot Wings
Pre heat oven to 350. Grease a large baking pan.
Into a large freezer bag poor one bottle of your favorite Dr Craigs HOT
SAUCE, 2 table spoons of ground curry powder and 2 tables spoons of peach
preserves. Close bag and use hand, squeezing to mix ingredients. Add two
trays of wings, wingettes, or drumettes into bag. Marinade 30 mins. Poor
contents of bag into greased pan. Turning every 15 mins or so, slow cook
chicken for 1 hour or until liqiud in pan condences and forms a sweet
sticky coating. Cool and enjoy.

DOCTOR CRAIG'S
HOT WINGS
Just place a dozen wings in a freezer bag and poor half a bottle of your
favorite DOCTOR CRAIG'S HOT SAUCE over wings. Squeeze out air and marinate
wings at least one hour
(over night is even better). Next, just bake or grill your wings till
done. Say ahhhhhhhhhhh!
DOCTOR CRAIG'S CAJUN SHRIMP CREOLE
(Pour over rice or pasta)
Clean, steam and cut into thirds one half pound of shrimp. Finely chop
half a medium onion and one half of a small green pepper and saute in
olive oil till done. Fry three strips of bacon, break into peices and
set aside. Pour two cups of marinara sauce into frying pan. Add onion,
peppers, bacon, shrimp and a bottle of DOCTOR CRAIG'S CAJIN HOT SAUCE.
Simmer on low until it boils turn off the burner and SAVOR THE FLAVOR
